What is my problem - Nutes, Deficiency, Light?

Hello folks.

TO BEGIN, I'D LIKE A WAY TO IDENTIFY & RESOLVE MY PROBLEM.
DO NOT ANSWER IF YOU HAVEN'T READ THE WHOLE POST.

It's my third post here and I gotta say... like 80% of the answers I received weren't satisfatory. I know this is a free help, but the answers weren't helpful at all.

Setup :

Soil : sunshine mix #6, perlite, worm castings ; soil has been moist for some time now
Light : two 25W CFL and one 45W CFL
Ventilation : none
PH : no measure
Nutes: 0,5 ml per liter of FLORANOVA GROW

My issue : for some time now, the leafs are turning to a light green colour, the tips start getting a pale brown and it starts fading.

My questions:

1) What is my problem?
2) How can I solve this?

As a OBS : I know my setup ain't professional, but I've got a friend growing with the SAME setup and he hasn't had any problems like this so far.
Another OBS : This is happening since she was on her 2th week, now she's on the 7th, she keeps growing and dying and growing and dying. I cut the lower, dying leaves off, but there are new ones growing.

WHAT HAVE I ALREADY DONE TO TRY AND FIX THIS?

My personal diagnosis was Nitrogen Deficiency. Thursday I watered it up(had been like 3 days since last time) and I used 0,5 ml of Flora Nova Grow. Waiting 1 week before doing something else, to see if it has been fixed.

I doubt my answer will be satisfactory but, if I had to guess I'd say lack of ventilation is your problem. If your pot has been moist for three days, I'd wait for it to dry out completely, maybe even waiting another day to water. That way your roots have some time to breathe, if that is the problem. Although you may want to wait for a more experienced grower to answer.

I'm new to growing and I do know these are very important..

Soil needs to be PH balanced prior to planting.
Use only PH balanced water.
It's really important to know your PH levels!.
You do need proper ventilation.
I would not use any nutes for the first 3 weeks or so.
Temps should be between 75 and 82 degrees.
Let soil dry out a bit before watering again.

Yes I know all of this, but I don't have any pH measurers.. The soil is PH balanced by 5.8-6.2, and I used only water with 6.8 pH, except for the last watering.

Ventilation may be my only problem.
But, if you've read the post at all, you know I haven't used nutes in the first 3 weeks or so.

May be. I don't have direct ventilation, but i'm looking forward to get some. What I do is try and keep my closet and window open during daylight time, so the air changes!

You have temperature issues that could be ventilation or intensity of light. You don't provide enough info to really diagnose it. Are you in a cabinet grow and specific temps inside that cabinet. What type of soil are you using because I wouldn't be adding any food until it's much larger than what you have in the pic. At that size I would be using only one of those cfl lights. Depending on the temperature, I would raise that light also. Unless your in really cold temps, than i would leave it that height. You stated you were in a hot climate so I would remove 2 of the side lights and use one.

Hey Larry. I already removed the bigger CFL, now i'm using only 2 25W. As the leaves were getting light green, I added nutes thursday by night and so far it hasn't changed much. The "necrosis" process stopped on the big leaf, the one that the tip was starting to get flat. Now it's just growing again. I guess it's time I started getting some vent.

I grow on a full white cabinet, that has a space of aprox. 3 sq feet, but I only use a part of it with my pot. Temps vary from 60F-85F in my town USUALLY. I.e. this week it won't go past 84F and it won't go lower than 66F.
