Im in central ontario and im thinking about barneys violator kush, crimea blue, and pinapple chunk. they all finish rather early blue and pinapple are supposed to yeild more but idk how much ill get hopefully qp plant would make me happy.

chronic also, its a good strains smells sweet but spicy and is super smooth, grew some last year and one of the two one was 6 ft and the other 8 and id say i got 5 oz total, but it was my first grow and done rather ammature organically, which i blame for the lower yeild

What have you grown in recent years? Maybe your conditions are the limiting factor rather than your genetics. Big holes, lots of light, and plenty of water should be giving you decent results with most any indica dominant strain from a reliable breeder (within reason of course). I'm at a similar latitude so I'm interested to hear more about how you grow. I'm a small time "hobby" grower myself. In my opinion, plot selection is #1 with genetics coming in a close 2nd. Do you grow guerrilla style? Once the weather clears I'm going to spend quite a bit of time scouting. Google Earth or any aerial photos are great for couch recon.

I'm pretty new myself, but I learned from one of the best guerrilla growers ever on RIU. Unfortunately, he isn't a member here anymore, but I'd be happy to share what he taught me.

Good luck and keep em green!

I would agree with OMG for sure. Indica dom will work for you in northern Ohio. I have grown White Rhino in pots successfully with about a 500gr yield. They finished in about mid Sept. Northern Lights is another Indica dom that should work for you also.
