what is the best time of he day to water during veg and flowering period?

Im curiouse as to when does the plant benefit more from receiving water ( what time of the day) or does it not matter just. A little insight would be greatly appreciated? Peace.Love.Bud

Right before or after you turn the lights on.

Outdoors, early morning or pre-dawn.

Yup, I water just before the lights kick on.
