What is the Coolest Kind og Grow Light (lowest temp)

what is the most effective but coolest grow lights so that it wouldnt be picked up by IR helicopters and also with a small budget i heart that LED`s give of minimal heat and have great results, has anyone used LED`s or has anyone been busted and if so how?

CFLs would also do a good job! :)

Unless you are running multiple sets of lights with high watts then doing a small set up is the least of your worries with someone in a helicopter finding your grow room. Most people get busted by telling others or being stupid.
get a decent light is my opinion.

Getting better with a ways to go, but for a small personal use grower they're pretty good. IF you understand light spectrums variance between veg/flower you can buy a decent LED, or probably 2 to do it right
