What is the Difrrent btween citric acid and vingar for down ph ?

Lemon juice is mostly citric acid whereas vinegar is mostly acetic acid. That's the difference, cuz there is a difference. Each has unique benefits. Personally I'll choose vinegar most of the time, it holds ph longer in my experience. Sometimes I'll mix the two to make my ph down.
