What is the his nre growth??

I topped all my girls 2 days ago. Today I noticed a growth in the middle of the top of the stem where I cut it off.... pics below

I'm hoping this is an accidental fim job!! But my question is???

Will this grow one new branch or several? I cant tell and hoping someone here has done this before..

It's the yellow bit growing on the middle of the second poc

My fimmed grew one main branch with 5 or 6 shoots coming off it. I honestly can't really tell by the pic. Kinda does tho. Either way you're good!

Try making a clean cut, looks half mutilated. You probably topped it too low which fims it and causes new branching at the cut.

Mutations are usually a good thing with fimming... gives a bigger yield. I'm stoked and with this happened to the others.. next time maybe lol

Fimming can lead to extra veg over topping, a lot of work has been done for how many branches to shoot for and how to train.

Mutations are not a good thing, means somthing fucked up, fimming is not a mutation though its pruning.

It didn't mutate what so ever.. was just the new growth that was only there for a day or two.. it's a nice extra full branch now!! Pretty happy about it!!! I'll be fimming from now on instead of topping.
