What is the problem here....

Hi there! I can say it again- first time doing something like that.
This will be a 6th and 8th week for my flowers.
At the beginning of all this process I did some mistakes - not enough light not close enough ,too much watering ,too much SHULTZ etc.....
Ok but now they are 12" and16" and they here

And question is ---- are my flowers are ok or something wrong ?
If something wrong than what?Please explain simply and don't forget I'm doing this first time in my life and may be I don't understand some words like 12/12.
