what is the smallest space possible to grow bud in?

i need to grow in a small box under my bed that is about 1.5 feet tall, and 2 feet wide. i can get a wider box but i cant be any taller. would it be possible to grow in this using LST? also any plans for a stealth box would be appreciated. i might be able to move it somewhere and get more space also.

i dont know what king of container you could use. even using lst a cfl is like 6 inches and if you find a containor to grow in at 6 inches you dont have much room for any hieght at all. i would think you would need more height narrow works but i think you need more height

you could cut into the box frame under your bed and hang your light in there. probly have to screw it in and get mcgyver with it but it could work so it shines from inside the box frame so you loose no vertical space and it wont block light. you could even run exhaust fan and ducting thru your box frame and out to cool your space. also maybe put small pieces of 2x4 or something under each leg of the bed to raise up a few inches. custom build your container under your bed out of cardboard or wood. maybe "relocate" your bed so it covers up a power outlet so nobody asks why you have electrical cords going under your bed. honestly this will work, but for novelty purposes only. given your situation , it might be better to just lay the plant side ways once it reaches 1.5 feet instead of lst, cuz lst will take up more vertical space with the trunk and your medium. Use rockwool. let it grow to 1.5 feet. top her. grow up to 1.5 feet again and turn her on her side. water from the side that is now the new top of the rockwool cube. this would be really cool in theory

WTF would you need to put it under your bed? Don't try to grow in your parents' house.

^That was my first thought but then I also thought you never know people on here need different levels of stealth for their operations to be successful. I cant judge someone by something they post but if it was a kid I would say wait until you are older. I grew in daddys house and it was disappointing because my plants disappeared one day near harvest and he confronted me about it then and that wasnt all that cool.

PC cases, tupperware, make your own. Use pvc board the ground is the bottom and the bed is the top so all you need is sides. Look up low wattage grows thats what you are going to have to do anyways other wise your temps will be to high.

that doesnt seem like a good idea, the bed might catch on fire. i sort of have a set up right now but it is small and i dont have proper exhuast yet. in a few days i can probly get a small fan and use that for ventilation. i will put up pics soon

im using a black plastic box that has a ~4x4 inch square hole in the top, the gray thing to the right of the box is a lid that can cover the hole. i will use the hole for an exhaust fan. i put a white plastic piece from a mini cooler in so that i could rest the lights on it. the lights themselves are not touching anything

I read about a guy who got a gram from a shoebox grow.

put your plant on 12/12 light schedule to induce flowering early LST for the love of god and make something to grow in it should be hard to have a plant that big and wide, i wouldn't recommend under your bed cause it can probably disrupt your sleep pattern and you'll have water evaporation into the mattress

i have to put it under my bed, and for pretty much all of the day i leave it outside and i water it outside. it only goes under my bed at night but i put the lights on. but when it starts to get cold i have to keep it under there for the whole time but by then it should be close to done

It's quite possible and could produce a reasonable crop if done correctly and with constant care to the height of your plants. I think that a single pot taking up the floor of your grow space no deeper than 6 inches 1 or 2 plants in it with a screen (scrog) placed over it by about 4 inches, like horizontal chicken wire, could produce some bud. Might get an oz maybe all depends on you. With the plants not beimg allowed to grow above the screen getting pulled back under by you that realisticly leaves you like 4 inches for your light and 4 inches between your screen and your light, have to be cfls or it will burn your plamts, that's how id do it I suppose.
