What is this a sign of??

As you can see, some of my leaves are getting “rusty” and curling upwards at the tips. How do I stop it and what is it

need more info
what are you growing in? whats your ph? what are you feeding it and how often? whats the temps and humidity, how old are they
also a full plant shot might also help
