What is this? It's only happening on a small section of one plant

I am in week 7 of flower and I'm seeing some leaves starting to get this brown spotted pattern and drying up. It is only happening on one small section of one plant. Is this natural since I'm so late into flower? Or is it something else I need to try and remedy?

Did you check for any insects?

None that I could see. No spider mites. This is my first grow with these lights. I wonder if it is light burn from a hot spot or something. I see another place on my other plant with a less serious but similar situation going on.

It's possible, but without testing your theory, you won't know for sure.

Insects are always a possibility also. Get yourself a good scope, some are hard to see just by the naked eye.

Looks kinda like a fungal issue. Any pics of the roots?
