What is this little bugger?

Only found in my mum room with coco autopots. Must have come free with the Canna coco (only had 1 bag)? It's about 1-2mm long and I can't see any damage to any of the plants. Noticed a similar one about 2-3 weeks ago but didn't manage to snap it... Any ideas?

I have growroom only shoes and clothes so can't see how it could have hitched a ride on me (growroom is in my loft). No clones from anywhere, only grown from seed. Never had a visitor. Never visited another grow. Only other medium I have is perlite, vermiculite, water and hydroton. Never had any soil in my grow room.

Adult fungus gnat? Something else?
