What is this on top of bud please

If you're in hydro I'd say you got a pH problem assuming you're using your Nutes right, there should be plenty in there so the leafs shouldn't look like that. Usually pH. The growing tip being white could be the same, or it could be how this plant is with lower buds. Unless you see it progress to buds outside I wouldn't worry about it and just focus on pH or your E.C.
