Well when the light are on they run at like 72-78 with 25percent humidity, and during the dark period its gets up to about 80 with 70percent humidity. I dont have a way to keep them cool in the dark because my ac is in a window and the outside light reflects in. so I have to cover it up

80F should be fine, but 25% humidity is kind of low. That's some sort of temp/moisture related stress for sure.

80 degrees dont sound too bad. How about your lights. What kinda light are you using. They may be too close to your plants.

Humidity is too low.
The moisture is being drawn out of the leaf before the root system can replenish it.

Dude hook up ventilation tubing to ur ac that's what I did u can direct the tube where u wanna and still have a vent going in the outside of the room depending on ur setup

Nice is right, that's pretty much the same thing that happens when heat stress occurs too. Not sure how large your grow space is, but put a cup or a bucket(depending on size) of water in the area. The water will evaporate making the humidity rise. Also for a immediate effect you'll want to spray your leaves with plain water too for at least a week. The plant is larger and thus the same amount you've been watering isn't enough for the plant anymore. Don't assume watering more often will help. This isn't a problem that happened overnight. You want 40-60% humidity.

You're in flower, we know that and the temps are ok but the humidity might be a little low. (that shouldn't be a problem, it's not ideal but it's not deadly)
Tell us more about your system, the light, the nutrients you're using and how much you're mixing of it per gallon.
This will really help people get a better picture of what might be going wrong.

That's sort of a old wives' tale.
If that were true.. every plant would get burnt when the sun comes out after it rains..
What happens is people mix junk in the water, like plant food, and spray the plant. Droplets are formed on the leave. At this point it's ok cause there is a lot more water then there is food but.. on a hot sunny day.. that water will be evaporated faster then the plant can absorb the food causing higher and higher concentrations of the food until it burns the last bit of it. Later it looks like it was cause by magnification but it's not.

70% humidity during flower is a big no-no. This will cause problems in a few weeks.

Im running a flood and drain with the bucket sysytem. Using supernatural all in one bloom and bud blaster. I use about half of the recommended usage. I have 3x1000w hps about 18" above the canopy now. My ppm are about 500. ph is aroun 5.9 to 6.1 During the light part of the 12/12 its abotu 72-75 degrees in there. During the dark part of 12/12 it getsup to 80degrees with 70percent humidity. I am usinf hydroton, I flood every 4 hrs. and also flood during the dark to keep the water moving. Have to 12" airstones is my res. I have co2 but havent started it yet,not sure how to use the regulator and all that. I have 3 fans circulating all the ime and a ceiling fan also. The reason it gets hot in there during the dark period is because I have to cover my ac because its in the window and light comes through (any suggestions there)? And thatsit
