Not sure what this is and I hope it’s not what I think but I bought these seeds feminized and look at what I’m seeing while she’s in flowering. Is this normal

You could try and keep up plucking the balls off. That could be a futile effort though.
Seeded weed still gets you high. I just wouldn't grow any of those seeds.

Yep you're gonna have some seeds. You can pluck off the male parts you find to hopefully minimize pollinating but it's gonna happen. I've grown out hermies and they turned out ok other than the seeds. Probably a reduced yield as well. If she's in a tent alone I'd grow on and give the tent a good wipe down after harvest. If it's in with others I'd get it out and grow it in isolation if that's an option. Otherwise it's gonna pollinate everything else in the tent.
