It's pissing me off a few of my plants have it I'm not the most experienced is it a deficiency or a bug problem or a mutation idk I've looked everywhere and haven't seen a bug I've bleached the area a few times I'm in ocean forest no nutes as of yet since it's hot I'm growing thc bomb girlscout cookies thin mint pheno critical sensi star and blue berry bubble gum 
They will be fine don't stress r they clones ?
My personal preference e is from germ. To solo cups or 2 cup pots. Than onto your bigger flowing pots. To me it looks like a early transplant prob. Will be fine but cannibus likes to fill the entire pot within a week with roots. If your transplant is to large of an increase roots will continue to search and grow will leaves and floral growth will be out on hold. Kinda like puting all theplants energy downward and less upward.
Could help also to raise rh and lower temp. High of 90 is to hot. 80 is m max but better at 74-78. With rh of 40-60 for veg. That's the sweet spot.
