What is wrong with this plant?

What is wrong with her leaves? I know the picture is taken so that it is focusing on any signs of presex but I'm asking about the new growth's leaves. They are light green with spots and splotches of dark green. They are also softer than the other plants and it seems "bubbly"

What are you watering them with just water or water with an addative?

I've watered strait water all but once. Then I added some bottled veg nutes.

Sometimes it could be heat stress my upper water leaves do this sometimes you might need to check your ph levels tho this could be another possability tap water is probly the most consistant with a balance

Do u let water sit out for 24 hours let the chlorine n shit clear out

I totally agree with Mcwhippin420! Your Plant is totally healthy. Don't worry to much. On the one hand there are things you can do for your plant but on the other hand the plant is bound to her genetics. That means even if you treat your plant in the best possible way there can still be genetic issues. Is this a plant from seed or a clone ?
