What kind of nitrogen is used in Neptunes Harvest?

Does anyone know what kind of nitrogen is used in this food? On the label it only says water-insoluble nitrogen and water soluble nitrogen. I'm trying to stay away from ammonium nitrate because it is locking my magnesium out. Thanks in advanced.....
