So Im most likely gonna have to go with CFLs, but dont know what to go with. I had a black light tube ballast or whatever it is, and a fluorescent tube for it, but lost it breaking up with my girlfriend.... I figured this would be a good set up again, but am also looking into just CFL bulbs in lamps.
Ive got about $50 to waist on lights, cause Im just transplantin em outside in a couple of months, so what do you think I should get? I need a plug-into-the-wall ballast, or whatever you plug the bulbs into, and the bulbs.
Should I go with bulbs, tubes, or the pin ones that a like a couple of U shaped tubes?
