what light would be better?

I wanna grow a single plant in a 24x24x60 grow tent with a waterfarm system. I plan on scrogging the plant. What would be a better light? A simple wing reflector or cool tube? What would be better for just 1 plant?

Cooltube would be a good choice. If your area was bigger I would recommend a hood that would spread the light out more. What about LED for that space?
