What LIGHTING (to grow from seed and keep Mom's happy...?

I've got a 4 x 4 tent, 600w dual spec light, 6'' RVT fan/filter and a Atami Wilma BIG 9 hydro system.
I opted for this set up with the idea of bringing in cutting/clones - started by others. Veging them for a short time before flipping to 12/12 for the flowering phase (probably my favourite bit).

Now I am interested in trying to buy some seeds, starting them myself, growing some Mothers and keeping myself supplied with cuttings/clones.

Self sufficiency is cost effective and security conscious but my main reason for wanting to do it is to be able to choose exactly what I want to try growing.
When you rely on the cuttings of others - in an illegal black market - the choice is severely limited and there's no system of complaints.

I have a nice built in boiler cupboard that, now tanks are no longer used, has available space of about 90 x 75 x 80cm.
What lights (and other equipment) would YOU buy to turn such a space into a seed and seedling nursery and/or a home for two or three SuperMothers????

All advise appreciated (unless it's posted by some Anchorage 'Full Retard').

IMO a good T5 setup for mothers.

Maybe 2x2ft 4 bar t5's for your 3 mothers.

How many clones are you thinking if taking?

18 to make sure you have enough?

You'll need maybe another small T5 light 1x2ft 1bar T5 propogation light.

The bigger question is where will you veg them?

Let them root in the mother area and do some veg time in your wilma setup?

If you plan to veg in the mother area then I would suggest a 400w MH setup for the 3 mothers and 9 of the best out of 18 clones for vegging.

Then the propogation setup from above with propogator or aero cloner etc.
