what lights to use?

Im starting about 10seeds im going to hang a light off the top of a box i have, they will only be under the light for about a month then going outside what should i use for a light i was thinking a CFL but what kind and dose it have to be daylight ones?

get a bunch of 42 w 6500k for veg like 6 or 8 then try and find some 68w 2700k for flower and you can use the 42w 6500k for flower as long as you have some flowering ones with it like a 2700k
