So I have two Afghan Kush(WOS), One Pineapple Express (G13 Labs), and One L.A. Confidential (DNA). Now they have popped out of their grow plugs about 2 1/2 weeks ago, 18 days I guess, and am only able to veg for another week and a half, due to a time restriction. I was figuring on topping like I usually do, but I ussually top after 5 or 6 nodes and then give em another 2 weeks before switching lights. I deffinately dont have time for that this run, and also havn't used any other methods, but I want as much out of these girls I can get for the short veg they have to endure this run. I am also not sure what the stretch and height would be like if I just left them alone and put them into flowering in the next few days, would that be a waste of time considering I can give them another week? Its just really stretching to the last moment If I do.
I am running a 400w mh/hps, 3x3x6 tent.
Any Ideas, experience with these strains, what would work well for em. Any advice and methods to help me maximize my yield this time restraint?
The pics are,

top right- L.A confidential
bottom two- Afghan Kush
Thx for the help guys

Oh and doi you think this next week would make a huge difference or just switch em?

Bro in my honest opinion, i would let them veg for like 2 more weeks... They are small and ur 400 will do sooo good in that tent... My buddy is using a 400 to illuminate a whole bathub for veg..ur looking great done overthink it.. K.i.s.s (keep it simple seniors)!!!

Thx man, I wish I could veg longer and get these girls up to their full potential, but I have to move by feb. and need them to be done and dried by then, so I figure giving them just one more week is almost pushing it. Does anyone think maybe bending them over once befor flowering would be very promising? Its just that I have read that the 400w wont penetrate very far down and it is better to create a even canopy for a 400w, but I dont think I have the time to even out the canopy correctly.
