what nutes are best

hey all i am useing miracle grow i have 5 pots about 3 gallons filled my plants sprouted about 5 days ago, i got a ph tester that i stick right into the soil to test it has a meter that goes from acid to akaline, now wheni was at the flower stor i was trying to ask the guy wht kind of nutrients do i add if it goes up or down but he acted like he didnt know and i couldnt come right and say what i was growing, i find it hard to get the help from people without putting myself out there how do you guys do it, and also what are good nutrients i also am useing bat guano i put 3 tablespoons in a one gallon of rain water and i am spraying that on every few days, but i need to know what are the nutrients so i can help my ladies along

They don't need nutrients, not yet. Wait 2-3 weeks. Especially with MG, because each watering releases nutrients from the soil.

For your vegging period use a nutrient high in N, low in P & K.

For flowering something low in N, high in P & K.
 
okay thanks and excuse my not knowing but what is n p k, and also what is considered the flowering stage, right now they have sprouted from the ground

n, p, k = nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium

Commercial fertilizers have a 3 number series on the labeling, something like this: 10-20-20 or 5-1-1. These numbers represent the n, p and k concentrations respectively.

Flowering stage is when buds, or flowers, are produced. Buds are desired when growing MJ because they have the highest concentration of THC.

When grown outdoors as fall and winter approach plants begin to flower. In an indoor grow, a plant is typically forced to start it's flowering cycle by giving it 12 hours of darkness each day.
