What nutrients is ok for my autos first week can I give my plants grow nutes in first week of grow

Not sure if it's ok to give my autos grow nutes

Most plants don't need nutes the first week, but you would still start with grow :). Adding nutes will not make your plant grow faster, and adding nutrients too soon can easily damage the plants too. However without pictures and more info I can't really make a specific suggestion in your case.

Same thing happens at flower. People think adding more bloom boosters, etc... will give them huge flowers. Then they end up in the marijuana plant problems section asking why their leaves are turning yellow, covered with spots, etc...
