What problem am I running into?

Hello!
so this is my first time growing. I’m currently going into week 5 of flower this Friday. I have been using coco for my medium and using dry amendments (1/2 Dr Earth 4-4-4 and 1/2 Happy Frog 4-9-3) I just did a top dressing on the beginning of week 3 but I seem to be running into an issue. I don’t know why one of my girls isn’t happy. My other 3 seem to be happy.

Looks like it is overfertilized,back off a little.Not all plants are the same ,that one is showing the burnt tips and claw.The others look good.
