WHAT should i do to them!!

my plant 2 month old...seems healthy !! now i see some new leaves cumming out..wat should i do??? should i let them grow or pluck them off? if i let them grow will it effect the buds which will come after that? or will plucking those small cumming leaves will help buds grow earlier or faster???? see the pic!! n also the red stems u can see ,..is that any type of deficiency ???

Leave the new growths alone.

If you eat more, you get bigger. Ditto for the plant. More leaves= more photosynthesis=more food= more plant. Leave them alone, the genetics will sort them out.

those will become branches, do not pick them off! Red stems could be N,P or K OR Mg deficiency...what are you feeing it?

The best advise is to just let the plant grow naturally.
Don't do anything to the plant. After you get one grow under your belt, then start getting into pruning, training, topping, FIM, root pruning ect...
Use this time to Read everything you can get your hands on about growing.
