nope, lowryder is ike a brand name.
you could go with any strain you like in there, just make sure its more indica dominant so its not too high. having said that, you can always control height. with lst nd what not.
as for lighting, id always recommend a hps, and a 250w would fit in lovely there, just make sure you have a vent sumwhere inside it.
