What size CFM fan is right for a 3x2x5 tent room?

I have a 190cfm fan right now for the size of the tent. I noticed if I shut the fan off my humidity climbs to 60-70% which is awesome, but once it’s on it drops to about 52% humidity. Also noticed that there is a lot of suction happening in the tent when everything is closed. Kinda worried cuz the light is touching the tent.

I opened one of the side vents and it fixes the suction issue but still low humidity. Added a humidifier today but hasn’t really helped much.

thanks guys!

You have 3x2x5 = 30 cubic feet. You have plenty of CFM as indicated by the negative pressure. A speed controller can be used to slow the fan if you will still be able to keep temps and RH% in check with less CFM.

They also make high CFM kits for some tents, extra poles that help keep the tent walls from sucking in. I used two kits on my tent.

A humidifier would only help if it's large enough to humidify the room you are pulling intake air from. If it's in the tent then you are exhausting the humidity as fast as it's being added.
