What sort of deficiency does it look like?

I'm in week 3 day 1 the plant looks pretty good just 2 leafs that look like this

looks like ca def or could be a pk burn or just nutrient brun u got the beginning of a problem if u look its starting on most of your leaves ph u feeding and ppm of feed
 
800 is a bit high I only use 800 once and that's in somewhat late flower like week 2 of budding then I back my feeding down to 500 for a week then bump back up etc bc if your early in veg 800 to much shoot for like 600-650
 
I forgot I sprayed with neem oil and a soap solution before I took off for 2 days when the lights were on maybe that burnt them? My homie said it was ok to spray under LED because they aren't hot or something

Agreed or you could have spilled something on it. Just doesn't look symmetrical which would have me thinking bugs, or something other then deficiency

I agree. I see possible signs of bugs.
