as for the strain, they could be anything, ive seen indica plants with sativa leaves and vise versa. no way of telling from just lookin at them, especialy as there stunted as fuck. looks like there under flowering light regieme to me. need more light to grow properly b4 flowering

There’s no way of knowing what strain your bagseed is. Consider it a practice grow, and invest in good genetics later on once you get the hang of it.
You can’t rush Mother Nature. The best you can do is increase your odds of success by stacking the deck: give a plant everything it needs to grow and be healthy.
Your job as a grower is to know what those basic needs are, and experience will help you learn to anticipate and plan for them.

Btw I noticed that you had several seedlings in a single pot. That’s bad. Get rid of the weakest one. Cut it off at the base, you don’t want to disturb the roots of the other one.

So, let’s get this correct… you ordered seeds? And they took a month and 1/2 to get there and you just germinated… or those are a month and 1/2 old from popping soil… cuz if it’s the latter then start over. Those look to be between 7-10 days old. If they were bag seed you’ll prob have a male or two. So keep an eye out for that. And strain? Did you like what you’re smoking? Then grow it out and see… no way to tell strain. Could be ind, sat, or hybrid

are you talking about spending money on a light? if yes, then go for the 250w MH, thats good for a whole bunch of seedlings, or a couple of plants. they were ;eft for a bit too long under one of those chinese led bulbs and got a tad burnt, but now there under a 250 w mh light and doing ok, its still cold here in the uk, bit too early for concervatory growing, but cant be saaed to get the tent up n running for two plants, the one on the left is an auto i just topped and the right one is a ace seeds milawi sativa or a mexican sativa from sensi seeds, i didnt label, so i think its a mexican. my last milawi was lighter in colour and leaves were more slender then that, still got some seeds left for my new grow this year, but wanted something for the garden (pollytunnel).

Op is in Australia, prob needs lighting with less heat. Or lots of air conditioning. I believe Aus is mostly tropical/equatorial weather. LED either DIY or purchase. Will keep temps down.
