what the hell is going on

i don't know whats wrong with these plants other than there short as fuc, there about 2 weeks old maybe 2 1/2 . got them under 6 26 cfl's( day light) will be getting more this week, there growing out but not up. and to the smart asses, i'm sry i'm new and just looking 4 help with this, 2 the ones that do help i appreciate it,

Thats perfect! Good job! Leave them be. There is apparently NO stretch so they have enough lumens. They're green so they are not over fertalized. Keep going buddy, your doing great. No worries.

u will need some goods lights if u can maybe try getting a Mh/HPS combo $200 dollars but worth it during the whole process if not then u will need to position the lights close and everywhere if u want some more growth, and in about a week or so they will want nutes then u will see them explode

Those look perfectly fine dude...during the first couple of weeks most of the growth happens underground...once the rootsystem is well-established and secondary growth begins on the main stem, your plants should start growing much faster. In the mean time, don't over water and give plenty of light.

Keep those lights close and just keep doing what you're doing. They look fine.

They are fine, dunno the question? You want them ready to harvest in 3 weeks? Patience is the best growing trait you can have son, relax.
