i would say before the lights come on some leave them in total darkness for 24 to 48 hrs before harvest

Im going to keep mine in the dark for 24 hours straight, i think that has some truth, then you won;t have to worry about what time to harvest. right

Harvesting has nothing to do with time of day, ppl decide when their buds are ready depending on trichome, and when most of the white pistils (hairs) have turned dark.
