What Time To Harvest

Well its comming to that time to harvest and i have the date set.

My question is what is the best time to harvest (ie. when the lights go on, when the lights are to go off)

As there is alot of bullshit theories its hard to derive the proven methods from bullshit (ie. the pointless leaving in dark for two days).

actually the two days in the dark really works, read the grow faq, top left...

I notice early in the morning ust as the sun is rising that my plant looks alot more yummy , so thats when i plan on my harvest is early in the A.M then straight to the closet to hang dry .

they say harvest after the long dark period, so right after the dark period. Reason being is that it's said that during the light cycle, the roots suck up water to hydrate the plant and during the night its not....

I have also heard that the 2 days of dark work really well. Gonna try that on my next grow.
