what to do getting tooo big

All my plants are approachin 6ft.I only have a 6ft fence so im gettin nervous.Ive topped them a few times each and it isnt slowing the growth at all what are some good options?I was thinkn about cutting the main stalk near the top??

Cutting the main stalk near the top? I thought you said you already topped it? But anyway, try bending the tops over without breaking the stem. I think it's called suppercropping. Its what I always do this late in the season if they start getting too tall. Too late to top imo.

Yes cutting near the top.I did top but it didnt slow anything down.There too dam big too supercrop,i need a permanent fix.These plants are 6ft tall by about 6ft wide

Why?

Regarding the plants going over your fence.

Only one thing will keep them under 6 feet if they are already six feet tall.

Radical LST, forcing every branch down to under four feet.

Supercropping is possible, even on larger branches, with experience.

At this point, I'd force the plants to my will, and discard any branches that don't survive the ordeal.

I did exactly this with two plants in my greenhouse, today, because they had reached the ceiling. Supercropped about forty tops back to four feet on top of screening.

I'd love to let my plants grow naturally, but circumstances force me to keep them under 9 feet.
