What to do with my lights + other help

Hi Ive got 4 20w 6400k (60/W Lumen) CFLs and 2 20w 2700k 1200Lm CFLs and i wanted to know if I could wire them all to one plug at 240v in parallel and if i could just use all 6 lights through all the growing, flowering etc phases. without changing the lighting around.

What kind of results would i get?

Id be growing 1 big bud plant at a time in a large box. I have a 7-7-7 liquid plant food. And small 12v intake and exhaust fans. I also would paint the inside white. Matt or Glossy?

Any tips or info would be great as i havnt found an appropriate sized box yet.

thats really not a lot of light for flowering.. think fluffy buds.

would i need alot more cfls? or higher wattage ones? it is only for one plant though. aand what do you mean by fluffy?
