I'm 99.7% sure I need to trim these a hefty amount. Scared to do too much. The leaves at the bottom I feel like I know I should remove but they're so big and I assume produce a lot for the plant. I have been trimming the past week or so around the top to let some light in and grtlllet to the new bud sites. I am open to all opinions. You won't iloffend me. My biggest question I guess is do I clean up and by clean up I mean remove everything near the bottom about 1/3 the way up? The big ass fan leaves hanging around the bottom actually connect to the dtem above the 4th node so like how high do I go what do I do? Please help!

Just make sure branches have some pliability and you don’t have to be too aggressive upfront- you can do adjustments before branches become woody ior too stiff. A little here and there over time.
