what to expect from seeds i ordered.....

just ordered 5 fem seeds from greenhouse. "lemon skunk". i have been looking for the lost old school skunk. and i have smoked sk#1, super sk, and a few others. still no old school. this lemon sounds good. so it came with 4 or 5 single seeds as a bonus. anyone ever grow, or smoke, this lemon skunk? claims to be a cup winner. hope it dont et too tall. thanks! now, just waiting for it to arrive. probably a week.

I wouldn't wait much from GH seeds, very very unstable. You may see on the label written "lemon skunk" but it could be anything really. I have grown the Cheese, the Super Lemon, the Super Silver and the Green-o-matic, all were a mess, low quality and millions phenos from which nothing is really worthy. As a company they are more interested on designing fancy T-shirts and hats, than to stabilise their gear...
But anyway try it by yourself and learn, that's the only way to find out..

lemon skunk is an old school skunk strain. sound like you know some name but you dont understand what going into the porduct, so to speak.

so listen SKUNK is pretty much a word to describe a strain, some "oldschool" skunk as you put is just skunk #1 grown organic maybe(vs hydro) but like im saying its skunk #1 or maybe your thinking cheese which is line breed off from skunk #1 and is very similar but different in subtle ways(smell/taste)......

anyways greenhouse is an oldschool brand and you got an oldschool strain(LemonSkunk) so you should be golden, also any of thier strains that have been out 10+ years, like lemonskunk, is pretty stable and should always grow up to be some dank....they have had issue with "new releases" and new breeders but lemonskunk is from before this time....... DONT KNOW what the dude above is talking about some uneducated shit about breeding and genetics. dont talk shit about a company unless your gonna go into the whole story for him.

I've heard good things about lemon skunk don't listen to teoborg he likes pollen chuckers tga, rare dankness and shit greenhouse takes more time with strains then they do and they been here for years but a lot of people don't like them mostly cause they only sell fems

most people don't like them because of more than just being fem only. if tga/rd are pollen chuckers, i'd grow those reg seeds over greenhouse's expertly selected genetics that we have all been enjoying for so long . i don't think people would buy much of GH's regular seeds anyway since so much of what they offer in fem is lackluster anyway. do you really want to grow twice as many shit seeds to land a pheno you could keep? its already a problem for me when going through nirvana, and i still think nirvana shits on gh seeds. both lack original cuttings and put out their renditions, nirvana mostly working on f2's and f3's of the originals... no clue on what GH does but they have been caught and called out by breeders like shanti and neville for being dishonest and outright lying about their so called original genetics (bred by shanti and others before he left and took them with him)

your right greenhouse does have a lot more problems but worse then Nirvana? I no greenhouse aint the best but their are a lot worse my biggest problem with greenhouse is their thc %'s they say around 20% thc for most their strains but they have those grow videos on their site and their potency don't come close and they grow from clone its true they straight up bullshit you on their strains but their not all shit I've heard a lot of good about some of their strains but most aint worth your time but I would try their lemon skunk I've only heard good things of it

I have had awesome luck with dutch passion and Barney's Farm both blew me away been smoking over 50 year's..It's all genetic's get the right one's and just watch them grow..this ghetto grow is on auto and takes care of itself! nirvana shits on GH? how i do i add the i roll, nirvana genetics ARE SHIT! they have a few gems, but for the most part GH could POP A SQUAT ON NIRVANA ALL DAY.

GHS is one of the bigger jokes of a breeder there is. Certainly they might have some beans that create good plants, but as far as integrity, they are scammers. Do a little background reading on GHS shanti and neville etc. They are advertisers, not breeders.

Hi there, I grew this indoors last year, alongside White rhino, also GH. I didn't like the LS to be honest, the rhino was great though. I stuck with it (had mother plants) but just couldn't on with the lemon. The manicuring was a nightmare as it is so leafy and they are so crystaly. Attached is a pic of the lemon skunk. I DO like GH btw. Exodus Cheese is one of my favourites and used to be my trademark !!

do this, buy a 18 pack of Medicine man from mr nice, then get a fem pack of white rhino by ghs, if you can find one plant in the GHS pack worth a shit or even comparible to the medicine man, i will grow out ghs... that is that.

well, i did not intend to start a war. just asking. in fact, my five lemon skunk seeds are fems. says so. i read in here that fem seed plants cant give u good clones?? i hope not. i dont know anything about what the pros and cons are fem vs reg. makes me think ill pop the darkstar first. but i love the sound of the lemon skunk, if i can get it to do what its supposed to do. be danky.

I bought a pack of GHS The Church fem'd and out of a 5 pack I got 2 hermies, 2 not pop and 1 a fuckin full on MALE. The price was right around 30 bucks for the pack but never will I waste cash on GHS. That was when I started educating myself on breeders. I knew about the split in the late 90's at GHS but didn't do my due diligence. Personally, I will not buy seeds from a middle man like Attitude or Sea of Seeds again. All you will get is the run around. Especially with Attitude... I'm diggin Sannies gear. He hasn't sold out. Quality gear and the most you will spend is about 65 dollars (US)... Just because its says they are fem'd doesn't mean shit. If you have the luck I did, you will be out the cash as GHS does not deal with the States. Sannie will replace your gear if there are issues but I have yet to have issues. Peace&Pot
