what to know about striping the buds from the plant

what is the best way to harvast the buds off the plant.I dont want to knock the trics off the bud when im cliping them is if better to clip it with scizors or strip it or what.i know all the other stuff hanging and putting it into jars and what not i just want to know what is the best way to seperate the bud from the plant thanks guys.

Clip them off with scissors.

I usually cut a big enough branch so that I can completely manicure it (with scissors) without having to touch it with my hands. I then cut it off the smaller branches after I'm finished manicuring.
