What to use for reservoir??

Im trying to find something I can use as a reservoir that will hold at least like 40 gallons... i purchased a 30 gallon rubbermaid and i realized that I am probly gonna need more than 30 gallons down the road and that it only took about 15 gallons in the 30 gallon rubbermaid before it seemed like the sides were about to explode... Im not really tryin to drop over $100 for a real reservoir so im hoping someone out there has some ideas on what I can use instead????

you can make one. Use wood and that water proof stuff. Some things are just better to be bought from a store. Get an actual resivor from the hydro store. If you need a res that big i suppose you have a decent sized op going.
Spend the 60-70bux and treat yourself to a dry house.

Those big barrels that the HWY Dept puts up in front of off ramps and in front of the pillars of overpasses. They are full of water ( Or sand dep where u live) and hold alot. They are used as crash barriers. Get one of those, try city/county auctions and buy. I suppose if one just somehow disappeared and found its way to your house might be a possibility. They hold hundreds of gallons.

just buy a new trash can for like $10

well trashcans are 33 gallons and he said that he needed something a little bit bigger. I don't know either but he may be looking for something rectangle cube shaped.

not all trash cans are created equal. the ones i put at my curb are 55 gal.

i was thinking about building the reservoir myself since i built the 4'x4' table myself but im thinking it will probly be a pain in the ass considering how much weight it will have to support... im not sure if i trust my handywork that much.. Also the table sits on top of 3 8 inch cinder blocks in each corner so whatever it is will have to be less than 24 inches tall to fit under or else i definitely would have used a trash can. will the 50 gallon rubbermaids actually hold anywhere close to that much water without breaking??? thanks for the help guys!
