What to use to lower/rise pH?

I was wondering what I can use to lower and rise pH (Other than pH up and down) and if it works just as well. Also 1 drop vinegar = +/- .1?(Or how much to apply per 2 liters of water roughly). Thanks all help is appreciated

You can use lime or lemon to lower your pH, a drop or two per gallon of water should bring it down a tiny bit. Not sure on how to raise pH.

u can buy ph up and ph down in little bottle form - only like $10 each
