A voice with a higher pitch.

Wigs that stick.

Like minded people that don't point out how fugly they truly are.

Depending on the type of tranny, a way to keep that bulge hidden.

Others just want their dick back.

Some ATF depending upon the make they have different brands for different makes, also easy acceleration and they hate reverse tranny drop burnouts
