What type/brand of white paint for inside of flower room?

I've read flat white is the best. Any particular kind or just plain old flat white?

Yeah, I think any brand will be fine. They're probably all about the same... maybe more expensive/better ones would cover more thoroughly, requiring less coats to get the job done.

Go with an interior bath/kitchen grade satin or semi-gloss, it will make it easier to clean and more durable. Semi-gloss may be over kill and to glossy.

Are you a homeowner? Use whatever you have in the basement, everyone has a 1/2 can of ceiling white sitting around. White reflects light and that is all you are really looking for.

the newer high performance paints have titanium dioxide in them and are really reflective-

get the cheapest one that has it. flat is best, but is not so wash proof. i use semi gloss because its easier to clean.
