What type of Bugs are these?

I looked up Thrips and Aphids and they don't look like them to me. They are on top of my leaves very small and brown and leave sugar poop on leaves. I got Dr. Zymes and used it 3x so far they didn't die lol. Are they bad?

looks like a young thrip. Look for some neoseiulus cucumeris theyll take care of it but act fast those fuckers multiply quick

If you can get them on a piece of tape, put them under a 60x scope to know for sure.
