What type of deficiency

Looks like phosphorus to me but it could also be toxic salt buildup. Hard to say without knowing the medium/feeding schedule but the brown spotting is usually always a P def.

I agree. Could be lockout or you may need phosphorus although the tips arent burnt, well not all of them... What do you feed it an how often?

I feed a 10-30-10 schultz brand blooming solution (bought it during winter so yeah, no choice), I am thinking of switching, there isnt much else in it so i worry there but anyway, I completely forgot to flush, I did, tonight, lol. Now what, should I wait my normal 4 days to dry out then feed on a low bloom feed regimen or just a normal feed? This is a soil (basic organic soil no added nutes) grow.

Basically right now I water/feed once every 4 days, should I shorten that to 3?

My ppm I couldn't tell ya because my meter has gotten lost in our last move so, but if i had to guess I would say its on the high side

I water every 3 days in 5-7 gallon buckets, any larger and you might want to wait longer. 10-30-10 does sound a bit high so P toxicity is most likely the problem. I would give it another good watering or two before feeding anything else.
