What type of Hydro/Aero is best for me?

Hey, So i'm trying to figure out which hydro/aeroponic system will work best for me. I dont wanna spend more then 1000-2000 on the systems, and don't want to DIY unless it's gonna be as good quality as something I can buy, and Ive had trouble finding guides and help for building one on the scale I want.

The space:
We have 1 room that we are dividing into 3 4x6 spaces, 1 for mothers/clones (400w MH), 2 for flower (1x1000w hps + 1x600w hps in each room, flowering room is divided to have opposite 12 hour cycles to satisfy power companies)

The mothers are going to be soil based, but for the other 2 rooms we've been looking at the...

Aquamist I ( http://www.aquamist.com/aquamist1.htm )
and
Ebb & Gro ( http://www.plantlightinghydroponics.com/ebb-gro-12plant-hydroponic-grow-system-p-1640.html )

It seems the Ebb&Gro is cheaper, but will do less plants of a larger size in comparison to the aquamist with many more plants in a smaller space. So my question is. which system will provide the most dry weight when combined with co2 and the perfect conditions? OR what is your opinion on what would be a better system OR help to find a good DIY to build my own cheaper.

I watched seemorebuds 15lbs in 80 days movies, he used 3 aquamist systems per 4x6 space to get 4.5 to 5.5 pounds harvests, could I get more than this with another system? (ebb&gro or otherwise)

Thanks, the winning choice will get a nice grow journal ;)
