what type of polythene

im thinking about doing my first grow outdoors i live in the uk and realise that the climate isnt ideal im going to make my own greeenhouse using 2by1 and polythene i was just wondering what is the best type to use any info welcome

a building supply store like Home Depot will have vapor barrier plastic, I got a roll that was 20 ft wide and 100 feet long and 6 mil thick for under $100.
This plastic had a UV blocker in it so that the plastic doesn't break down after one year. If this is just a one year only grow then you can get by without that.
