What we are working on

This thread was created for the growers of michigan on riu to share in real time just what you are working on and to share it with those who really wanna see what you are currently working on and what you will be working on in the future. This thread is all about your marijuana. Mom and pops grows, old and young newbies, the big fish and everyone in the middle is more then welcome to set up shop as long as you are setting up for a bit.

All to often in thread world we go our own way with grow logs and such which makes a terrible mess of threads and in return your neighbor might have a grow going and you wont even know it cause everything is just too cluttered. I wish to avoid that with making 1 rule which will seem odd to some but may prove affective the rule of " LIMIT YOURSELF TO 1 POST A DAY". I believe this to be the only remedy for clutter and in return will assure what you have to say and show will be heard and seen more intently from all.

It is up to you to partake in a living but yet organized thread, I hope you all can share with pictures as it is too difficult to see what you see without them. Honestly there are just too many people to have a post free for all and expect that what you have to say is being heard by the ones that actually give a shit about what you are doing and working on! Again I know you can answer questions and inform us about the grow with 1 post a day.

I will start with the idea that this post does not count against me today. The more that partake is the more we get.

Well I have been taking it easy since the greenhouse. Right now I am just dinkin around with some heriuanna vortex x with a blueberry male seed. I am also working with 2 bluegum seed and a few herijuanna vortex x black widow seed

In veg I got some sags BB x dutch passion bb, agent orange x herijuanna , and some sweettooth x critical mass. The ones in veg are just for shits and giggles while I wait for a load of dj's true blueberry and sannies jackberry and the Apollo x Blueberry there at sannies. That grow will not be for shits.

That's wahat I am working on in terms of growing right now. My brother is coming up this weekend to help put a laminate style floor on the newly built grow hut.

Oh and one of them pics there is a picture of one of the 3 stem at each node plants its female blueberry x vortex herijuanna! I like it.

Well I was going to pics before the lights on but it does not usually worked out as planned around here even though I have nothing but time to plan? funny.

I am a little surprised at the stretch of some of the vh x bb I am not however surprised to see the stretch on the vh x bw as to the degree I am seeing! I love it to be able to smash atoms and genes and to get a good look it is fun for me. For all of ya that has grown a pack of BW out from shanti no damn well the genes are not as you would say with all those pure junk phenos, orange, earthy,plain, you know. If you don't I would never recommend taking a clone of it because ...well I just would not unless you knew!. What we are looking for in the black is that strechy...looks indica dominant for about 4 weeks flower then all hell breaks loose with the longer flowering, the strong scent and taste of floral, and crystals that speak black....but anyway you know that.

I am thinking I should have had my friend start Critical Mass f-2's and find me the original onion. I love the onion skunk but the trainwreck gave it more branches and the herijuanna made it mine. I wish to see what phenos come out of the mess if I get traimwreck outta that bloodline...for trainwreck was good in taste and the branches and outdoor growth but it was no superstar. Neither is the onion skunk cm phenol. without herijuanna? I want all skunk and I will have it by end of next summer in seed form.

I kinda like the smell of sags blueberry and dutch passions blueberry although outta of all those seeds no real blue,I am hoping that this x will get shit stimulated in their genes if not fuck em I will be done with em.

Well I have questions about exhaust fan control so I will ask the public. But I think what I want to find with the BW x would be a floral fluffy potent smoke.

For some reason I did not even mention wwxcm or cotton candy? so I took a pic of just those ones today and the bbxbb. Well I did take some time and gave the ladies the ol rub and sniff where stems meet and I must say I may have a chance at a treat or 2 we will see. Damn tent is in and flooring will be finished in a couple days as with the walls. Wont be long and I will get that room running at full capacity. Will outgrow it in no time and turn it into the gaming hut...with the words " no wives allowed" painted on the door.

Hmm I do not have much more to say to myself as I have been awake since 2am and said everything I had to say to myself by 8am.

working on waking up. may p/u new 600 bulbs in A2 today. thinking about stopping in retail outlet for gram of oil to go with coffee. will be back to make a second post later, since that's against the rules.

Abe, what bulbs do you sport? I went 600W Ushio and can't believe the output relative to Hortilux. I also am using a new MicroMole digital ballast with a 660 setting.

What am I working on? I'm moving, so this is my last grow here. After this is done I have to pack it all up, drywall over the rat hole under my stairs that I crawl through.

Next place will be full blown grow rooms for veg and flower. And I'll have my MMJ card by then

Just got these fancy lights yesterday

I have been paying my bills with hydro for the last few years and have recently switched to organics and couldn't be more pleased with the smell and flavor of my first harvest. I have a new and improved batch of soil cooking now and I am very excited about it. I am also searching for some great strains to keep around for years, I have obtained several seeeds from a couple of different canadian breeders and the pheno search has begun. I have found an incredible blueberry that I think you will be interested in Hic, I am also a lover of blueberry as I know you are. I had a bag of blueberry that I got almost 20 years ago and it made me a believer, I have been searching for a similiar smoke ever since to no avail until I found this one.

Congrats on the move to organic soil!

I'm currently pheno hunting Plushberrys mainly. I have two Qrazy Trains running, one I think is going to be a keeper. Then I also have a single kaboom in flower. Once I have a solid line on plushberry then I'm not sure exactly what.... maybe pollen chucking.

Sitting back today thinking that I need to go ahead and flower the ones in veg next weekend. Tracking says seeds were in Chicago on 7th so they will be here soon enough. You guys sure have some good looking. I want to watch em grow. I will get more detailed as time goes on. But right now it is kinda just starting to slip in 3rd. Kinda just touching up loose ends with the GreenHouse and getting that all that shit wrapped up.

You know I ask for just one post a day not to be rude but to assure all get heard and seen. Also helps keep shit cleaner. This is a place for work that is being done in MI to be shared some take their work serious. Here marijuana growers are equal. No politics, No ass kissing, no weird definitions just strait up harcore dope growing orgy.

Working on my SCROG. Purple Train Wreck and Aurora Borialis.
Also experimenting with CS. Going try to make some Fem seeds from my Purple Train Wreck
Maybe @ the same time use the pollen to cross my White Widow, ICE, Afgoo and the Aurora.... Just for fun.

working on fat purple (see thread) 2 phenos of qrazy train (see second link) and finishing up my first cut to smoke report grow journal (see first grow journal link) going to go cut the first of the ICE plants shortly. pics to follow. it'll be the 8 week sample. I know it's not done but it'll help me establish some curves once the 9 and 10 week samples come in and I'm almost out myself and ready to vape some sweet flavors. its been all earthy and hashy for a while now a sweet tasty candy flavor will be some sweet stuff.

Working on random chronic bag seed in promix potting soil. Currently 11 babies under various cfl's @ 15 days old in my 3x3x6 secret jardin awaiting my C.A.P. Hi-Temp cut-off switch from greners to fire up the 600w MH bulb. Pics will be posted tonight!
