Hi i have 5 large plants 2 weeks into flower, i also have 4 freshly sprouted plants about 3 days old.I need all the lights in my tent for the flowering plants will it do any harm keeping the seedlings on a 12 hour light cycle instead of 18 hrs and if i do what will it do to the development of the plant and how will i get them to flower in 8 weeks time?
Any help welcome has anyone had this problem themselves and if so what was the outcome of keeping the seedlings on a 12 hr light cycle?

They will think its time to flower if you give them more then 14 hours they will stay in veg so maybe take them out of the room put them some where there is light or put them outside in the shade some where

good luck

Yeah, they will just begin to flower as soon as they mature. You wont have as big a plant as if you had used a 18/6 light schedule, so your yield will be reduced quite a bit. They dont need much light to keep them from flowering, so you could put them under a smaller alternate light source during lights out (don't know if I would do outside, since you run the risk of introducing pests). Would be a giant pain, but you gotta do, whatcha gotta do
