Hi there. Does anyone have any insight on what the California market will look like after the referendum in 2016? From what I've read it look like a sure thing that marijuana will be legal for recreation use in 2016. Almost 60% support it. Here's what I'm wondering: Will we have to own a medical marijuana dispensary to sell recreational? I hear that in Colorado the rec places are all connected to medical dispensaries.
Also, what about that damned prod D? Only 134 pre-ICO places are legal here in LA. Will that just go away after this act passes or will it be limited to those same 134 grandfathered dispensaries?
