if I put only 2 cxb3590 36v onto a LCN200W140T , would they work, or would they blow up, or would I be okay and have them running super hard? at like 2800 mA?

You'd need at least 3 COBs on it, because minimum output voltage is 87v, two COBs would only be 72v.

Then 2 would work but it still wouldn't be 2800ma. That's a constant current driver, putting off 1400ma throughout the voltage range.
The Bridgelux V22 would probably be a better choice if you plan on pushing hard.

oh lol thanks,
do ya know if the cxb3590 cob holder/ideal thingo, how do you attach a wire to that? can u like find an attachment to plug into the cob holder or u have to like solder them wires on there??

You just stick the wires into the clips. You'll need solid wire or solder melted on multistrand wire to make it hard enough to stick in there.
